continued from san juan del sur HOME The show, called “Surfari”, will take viewers on a trip down the West coast of Nicaragua, visiting some world class surf beaches from the Municipalities of Chinandega to Rivas.
Rex Calderón, Zamir Duarte, Dennis Núñez, Luis and Augusto Chamorro, were chosen because of their results in the National Surf Circuit. In fact they were chosen before the end of the season. (Rex and Augusto would later finish the season in first and second place). The show aims to promote Nicaragua as a surfing destination and it turn will promote SJdS. Channel 11 out of Managua will broadcast the series starting Sundays from the 4th November at 2pm and will repeat it on Saturdays at 5:30. (Check your TV guide.
